Information you provide

When you request a consultation, the form asks for your name, email, business details, phone number, website, service area, preferred service, and project description. Business name, phone, website, service area, and project description are optional. For a free AI Visibility Audit, we ask only for your public website URL and email address. URL query parameters and fragments are removed before storage. Please do not submit passwords, payment details, private links, or sensitive personal information.

How we use your information

We use inquiry details to respond, discuss your project, prepare recommendations or a quote, and follow up about the services you requested.

For audit requests, we use the website to prepare a human-reviewed report and the email address to respond to the request and deliver the audit. Requesting an audit does not subscribe you to marketing. Reports are prepared manually; submitting does not generate an instant score or send an automatic audit email.

Website services

The website is hosted through ChatGPT Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Consultation and audit request forms submit to this website’s own inquiry endpoint. Submitted details are stored in a private Cloudflare D1 database attached to our Sites project. The public website does not expose a list of inquiries. We use a hidden spam field and submission limits to reduce abuse. A one-way hash of the connecting IP address is used for submission limits; rate-limit records older than roughly 24 hours are removed during subsequent submissions. These hosting providers process information necessary to provide hosting, storage, and security.

Analytics

The website includes Google Analytics to understand visits and successful consultation submissions. Analytics may use cookies and collect technical information such as device, browser, page views, and approximate location. The successful-inquiry tracking event does not include your name, email, phone number, or message.
